This Pricing and Payment Policy describes how pricing, discounts, payments, and purchases are handled through Connected Dreams Create Web (“Create Web,” “Platform,” or “Service”), operated by Connected Dreams, LLC (“Connected Dreams,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use & Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

The applicable product interface and checkout display prices for digital products and creative services.
Product prices may vary depending on the selected product, available features, and applicable purchase options.
Customers can review the applicable price before completing a purchase.
3. Beta Pricing
Create Web currently operates in beta.
Product prices, promotional offers, and available purchase options may change as the Platform evolves.
Beta pricing may change during or after the beta period.
Any pricing changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a completed purchase.
4. Multiple Copies, Bundles, and Discounts
Connected Dreams may offer eligible products for multiple-copy pricing, bundles, or promotional discounts.
Where applicable, the checkout total will reflect eligible discounts. Discount eligibility may depend on the product category, quantity purchased, and terms of the applicable offer.
Any available promotion or discount will display before purchase.
5. Additional Versions and Product Modifications
Customers may use supported re-upload and modification features to create additional digital products.
Each newly created product constitutes a separate purchase at the applicable price, unless Connected Dreams provides an authorized corrective code or other applicable adjustment.
The availability of modification features depends on the selected product and supported Platform functionality.
6. Taxes and Transaction Totals
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will display at checkout as required by law and the active payment arrangement.
Customers will have an opportunity to review the final transaction total before completing payment.
7. Payment Processing
Authorized third-party payment services process payments.
Connected Dreams will identify the applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record during checkout.
Available payment methods may vary according to the payment provider and transaction requirements.
A purchase confirmation will occur after successful payment verification through the authorized payment-processing system.
8. Order Quantities and Fulfillment
Purchased quantities determine the number of digital product copies included in an order.
Fulfillment will provide the corresponding number of individual copies and applicable gift links when multiple copies are purchased.
Order details and fulfillment occur in accordance with our Terms of Use & Terms of Sale.
9. Refunds and Order Corrections
Our Refund Policy governs refund requests, delivery failures, product defects, and order corrections.
Customers may submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase, subject to that Policy and applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
Connected Dreams may update this Pricing and Payment Policy as the Platform evolves.
Revised versions will display an updated effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a completed purchase.
