These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Connected Dreams Create Web (“Create Web,” “Platform,” or “Service”), operated by Connected Dreams, LLC (“Connected Dreams,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Create Web or completing a purchase after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Beta Service
Create Web operates in beta service currently. During this period, we will continue to improve product features, compatibility, performance, and the overall customer experience.
Products offered during beta are available for purchase. Although certain features may evolve, we remain committed to addressing problems involving paid products and fulfillment.
Beta pricing may change after the beta period. Any future changes will not alter the agreed price of a completed purchase.
3. Eligibility and Account-Free Purchases
You cannot make purchases through Connected Dreams Create unless you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account-free purchasing is available. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, including a valid email address.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law.
4. Digital Products and Creative Services
Create Web offers digital creative products and personalized keepsakes, which may include digital cards, storybooks, flipbooks, digital prints, and other creative experiences.
Depending on the product, customers may incorporate photographs, text, artwork, video, audio, voice recordings, or other supported media.
Applicable products contain product features, supported formats, compatibility requirements, pricing, and deliverables next to the product interface and at checkout.
Digital products are in the format of downloadable files, temporary hosted access for gift links, recipient gift links containing their downloadable product, or combinations of these delivery methods.
5. Ownership of Customer Content and Purchaser–Recipient Responsibility
You retain ownership of, or the rights you otherwise hold in, photographs, videos, audio, text, artwork, and other materials you upload, create, or provide through Connected Dreams Create Web (“User Content”).
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use, create, distribute, and share such content, including any required permissions relating to identifiable individuals, likenesses, voices, copyrighted works, and third-party materials.
You grant Connected Dreams a limited, non-exclusive license to temporarily store, process, reproduce, modify for technical compatibility, render, transmit, and deliver User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and fulfill the Service you request.
This operational permission does not transfer ownership of your underlying User Content to Connected Dreams.
Purchaser and Recipient Responsibility
The purchaser bears responsibility for selecting, creating, and sharing content included in their digital product, including obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and consents. If shared, the creator assumes responsibility for the creation.
The exchange of personalized content between a purchaser and recipient is a communication between those individuals. Connected Dreams provides the technological platform for creating and delivering the product, and does not act as the author, publisher, sponsor, or endorser of purchaser-generated messages or representations. Connected Dreams does not assume responsibility for purchaser-generated content or communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connected Dreams is not responsible for disputes, claims, or damages arising from the purchaser's selection, creation, or sharing of content with a recipient, including disputes involving personal communications, intellectual property rights, privacy, consent, or the recipient's interpretation of that content.
This provision does not exclude responsibility for Connected Dreams' own acts or omissions where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Recipient Access and Future Use
Recipients may download and retain the digital products they receive for personal use, subject to applicable intellectual property rights and these terms.
Recipients may return to Connected Dreams Create Web and use a previously downloaded product as creative input for new products, provided that the relevant upload functionality and file format are supported at that time.
Any subsequent creation or purchase constitutes a separate use of the Platform and is subject to the Terms, features, and pricing applicable at that time.
Connected Dreams does not guarantee permanent hosted storage or indefinite availability of the original gift link. Recipients are responsible for preserving their downloaded files for future use.
6. Connected Dreams Intellectual Property
Connected Dreams and its licensors retain all applicable rights in the Platform, including its software, architecture, source code, interfaces, workflows, templates, designs, product structures, branding, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary technologies.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the Platform or its underlying intellectual property.
Customers may use and share their completed digital keepsakes for lawful personal purposes, subject to third-party rights and any product-specific licensing terms.
Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution of proprietary templates, or unauthorized use of Connected Dreams intellectual property requires prior written authorization.
7. Generated and Assisted Creative Material
Certain features may incorporate computer-assisted or generated creative elements.
Connected Dreams does not guarantee that generated content is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from similarities to other creative works.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their intended use of submitted and completed content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Create Web to:
Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive material.
Use another person's image, likeness, voice, or protected material without necessary authorization.
Create deceptive impersonations or misleading representations that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with platform security.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, databases, or other users' content.
Re-sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary platform components without authorization.
We may restrict access, decline fulfillment, or remove prohibited content where reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, or maintain Platform security, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Pricing, Checkout, and Payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes and the final transaction total will get calculated as required by law and the active payment arrangement.
Payment processing occurs through authorized third-party payment services. Purchasers will have access to any of the information about the applicable payment provider and Merchant-of-Record.
Connected Dreams does not require customers to provide complete payment card credentials directly to its creative editors.
A purchase confirmation occurs only after successful payment verification through the authorized payment-processing system.
10. Order Fulfillment and Digital Delivery
Following successful payment confirmation, Create Web processes the purchased digital products according to the selected product, quantity, and delivery method.
With multiple independent copy purchases, fulfillment provides the corresponding number of individual copies and respective gift links, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information and retaining downloaded products.
If an order modification occurs for an order that did not have correct fulfillment, please contact us immediately. We can investigate and attempt correction or redelivery.
11. Content Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Create Web acts as a digital creation and delivery service, not a permanent cloud-storage or archival service.
Customers should promptly download and retain the digital products they wish to preserve.
Customer-uploaded and generated content held within Connected Dreams' temporary storage systems will remain, subject to a 14-day retention and deletion policy. The 14-day retention begins on the date the gift link opens. Unopened gift links will have no expiration limit for now.
Following the retention period, hosted content and associated gift links become unavailable.
Recipients may download and retain their digital products independently of Connected Dreams’ hosted storage. Once downloaded, their files do not depend on the continued availability of Connected Dreams’ hosted content or gift links.
Certain non-content business records, such as order identifiers, payment status, transaction dates, quantities, and accounting information, may persist for legitimate operational, legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
Please refer to the privacy policy for additional information.
12. Gifts and Recipient Access
Customers may create and purchase digital products intended for other individuals.
The purchaser and/or creator, as applicable, is responsible for selecting appropriate content and providing accurate recipient information, obtaining any necessary rights, permissions, and consents for third-party media.
Recipients may access purchased products through the applicable gift link or delivery method, subject to product compatibility, access availability, and the retention limitations described in Section 11.
Purchasers may re-upload their original or previously modified products to create additional versions. Recipients may re-upload the original version received through their purchase to create a new product, subject to supported platform functionality and file compatibility.
Each newly created product requires a separate purchase at the applicable price for that product category, unless Connected Dreams provides an authorized corrective code or other applicable adjustment.
Digital products created through re-upload and modification will include a subtle identifying mark distinguishing the revised product from the original. This mark will appear on the revised product's digital link, gift link experience, and downloadable version. The mark will not alter the visual presentation or aesthetics.
Each purchased copy has a fulfillment product along with its applicable gift link or delivery method. Recipients cannot re-upload a previously modified product received through a gift link for further modification.
Connected Dreams does not guarantee indefinite hosting or availability of recipient links.
13. Refunds and Order Corrections
Customers may submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where a digital product delivery does not occur, contains a material defect due to a platform error, or does not have accurate fulfillment, Connected Dreams will investigate and reasonably correct, restore, regenerate, or redeliver the product.
If appropriate fulfillment cannot occur, Connected Dreams may issue a refund or provide another remedy.
Because certain products contain personalized and digitally delivered content, a change of mind after successful fulfillment does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Any payment provider acting as Merchant of Record may also administer refunds and disputes under its applicable obligations and policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Privacy and Security
We process customer information and user content as described in our privacy policy.
We employ technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect platform operations and customer information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers should avoid uploading sensitive information or unnecessary content for creating their intended digital products.
15. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or service quality.
Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting paid and unfulfilled orders will be communicated or addressed through customer support.
16. Customer Feedback
We welcome customer feedback during the beta testing.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or comments about the platform, you authorize Connected Dreams to use that feedback to evaluate and improve its products and services without acquiring ownership of your separately submitted User Content.
17. Disclaimers and Liability
Connected Dreams is responsible for providing its services as described and addressing problems with purchases or delivery in accordance with applicable law. Customers retain their legal rights and protections, including those that cannot be waived under our Terms of Use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connected Dreams is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Connected Dreams' total liability for claims arising from a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Customers can contact Connected Dreams to seek an informal resolution of a dispute arising from their use of the service, purchases, or fulfillment.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves.
Revised Terms will display an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not retroactively change the agreed price of a completed purchase.

IP addresses and approximate location derived from network information.
Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics.
Request timestamps, diagnostic information, and error logs.

Creating, processing, and delivering digital products.
Generating and maintaining temporary gift links and recipient access.

Supporting authorized re-upload and modification functionality.
Maintaining platform functionality, compatibility, reliability, and security.

Purchasers and creators may provide information relating to individuals other than themselves, including gift recipients and persons appearing in uploaded photographs, recordings, or other media.
Connected Dreams processes this information to create and deliver the requested digital products.
Purchasers and creators are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents necessary to submit and share third-party information or media.
Recipients may receive access to purchased products through gift links or other supported delivery methods.
Individuals who receive a gift link may be able to view and download the associated digital product. Purchasers should therefore exercise care when selecting content and sharing recipient links.
Connected Dreams does not independently verify the accuracy of customer-provided statements or the rights associated with every item of uploaded media.
5. Disclosure of Information
Connected Dreams may disclose information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, fulfill transactions, or comply with legal obligations.
These parties may include:
Payment service providers: To process transactions, confirm payment, administer refunds, and address payment disputes.
Hosting and infrastructure providers: To operate the website, temporarily store content, maintain databases, deliver files, and support security and technical operations.
Email and delivery service providers: To transmit purchase confirmations, fulfillment information, gift notifications, and customer communications.
Professional service providers: Including accounting, legal, security, and technical professionals acting in connection with legitimate business operations.

Customer-uploaded and generated content held within Connected Dreams' temporary storage systems is subject to a 14-day retention and deletion policy.
The 14-day retention period begins on the date the applicable gift link opens.
Unopened gift links currently do not have an established expiration period. The content necessary to support an unopened gift link may therefore remain available until the link opens by the purchaser, the recipient, or another applicable deletion event occurs.
Following the applicable retention period, hosted content and associated gift links become unavailable.
Customers and recipients should promptly download and independently preserve digital products they wish to retain.
Downloaded files retained on a customer's or recipient's own device do not depend on the continued availability of Connected Dreams' hosted content.
Business Records
Connected Dreams may retain limited non-content records after the associated creative content has been deleted.
These records may include order identifiers, product categories, quantities, payment status, transaction dates, refund information, and accounting records.
Such records may be retained for legitimate business operations, financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax reporting, or other legal obligations.
Technical Records and Backups
Technical logs, security records, and backup information may require separate operational retention schedules.
In this case, Connected Dreams will manage systems containing personal information in accordance with applicable law and its implemented retention and deletion procedures.
7. Data Security
Connected Dreams employs technical and organizational measures to protect customer information and support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its systems.
These measures may include access restrictions, secure communications, infrastructure protections, and controls to limit unauthorized access to stored information.
Internet-based service or electronic storage systems cannot guarantee absolute security.
Customers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in creative products and should exercise care when sharing gift links or downloaded files.
If Connected Dreams becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, it will evaluate and address the incident in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Create Web may use cookies, local browser storage, and similar technologies necessary to support website functionality, security, and the operation of its creative services.
These technologies may assist with maintaining temporary application state, supporting checkout, preventing misuse, and preserving functionality during a browsing session.
If Connected Dreams adds analytics or optional tracking technologies, Connected Dreams will provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
Users may have the ability to control certain browser storage technologies through their device or browser settings. Disabling essential technologies may affect Service functionality.
9. Customer Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law and individual circumstances, customers and other individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion, or information concerning certain processing activities.
Connected Dreams may request information necessary to verify a request and protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion.
Connected Dreams will evaluate and address requests in accordance with applicable law.
Connected Dreams may retain information to complete transactions, maintain legal records, protect security, resolve disputes, or satisfy other lawful obligations.
The expiration or deletion of hosted creative content does not necessarily require deletion of legally retained non-content business records.
10. Children and Minors
Children and minors may use Connected Dreams Create under the discretion and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether the Service and its creative features are appropriate for their children, supervising their use, and providing any required permissions or consents.
An individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase, as permitted by applicable law.
The appropriate parental or legal guardian authorization should handle personal information and creative content involving children, including photographs, audio, video, and other identifying information.
Connected Dreams will handle personal information relating to children in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including requirements concerning parental consent, use, retention, and deletion.
11. International Access
Individuals outside the United States may access Connected Dreams Create.
Connected Dreams operates from the United States. The Service may store or handle information processed through the Service in the United States or other locations where its authorized service providers operate.
Where international privacy or data-transfer requirements apply, Connected Dreams will address those obligations in accordance with applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services and External Links
Create Web may incorporate third-party services for payment processing, hosting, technical functionality, or other operational purposes.

Connected Dreams does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites and is responsible for its own data practices as described in this Policy.

3. Refund Request Period
Customers may submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
A refund request does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund.
Requests will be evaluated according to the nature of the issue, the status of fulfillment, and the circumstances of the purchase.
4. Delivery Failures and Product Defects
Where a purchased digital product:
Does not deliver the intended product
Contains a material defect resulting from a Platform error; or
Does not have accurate fulfillment;
Connected Dreams will investigate and reasonably correct, restore, regenerate, or redeliver the product.
Customers should provide sufficient information to identify the transaction and describe the issue.
If appropriate fulfillment cannot occur, Connected Dreams may issue a refund or provide another remedy, subject to applicable law.
5. Personalized Products and Changes of Mind
Because Create Web products require personalization, digital generation, and electronic delivery, a change of mind following successful fulfillment does not automatically qualify for a refund.
This includes circumstances in which a customer no longer wishes to use or share a product that was successfully created and delivered as purchased.
Connected Dreams will evaluate requests involving other circumstances on a case by case basis according to this Policy and applicable law.
6. Order Errors and Corrections
Customers should contact Connected Dreams promptly if an order contains an incorrect product, quantity, delivery result, or other fulfillment discrepancy.
Connected Dreams will review the transaction and determine whether correction, restoration, regeneration, redelivery, or another appropriate remedy is available.
Connected Dreams will consider each copy when multiple copies have been purchased, along with its applicable gift link or delivery method.
7. Gift Purchases and Recipient Access
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information.
A recipient's decision not to open, download, or use a successfully delivered digital product does not automatically establish refund eligibility.
Connected Dreams will investigate and reasonably address issues in accordance with Section 4 where a gift link or purchased product cannot access content due to a Platform error.
Gift links and hosted content are subject to the retention provisions described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
8. Refund Processing
The applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record will process the approved refunds, according to the payment arrangement used for the original transaction.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, and payment method.
Any payment provider acting as Merchant of Record may also administer refunds and disputes under its applicable obligations and policies.
